We use your information to process and fulfil your order, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to your enquiries, and improve our products and services. With your consent, we may also send you marketing emails about new products or promotions.

Photo and pet data
Photos you upload are used solely to create your custom pendant. We do not share, sell, or use your pet photos for any other purpose. Photos may be retained for up to 90 days after your order is complete in case of any production queries, then permanently deleted.

Sharing your information
We share your information only with trusted third parties necessary to fulfil your order, including payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal) and shipping carriers. We do not sell your personal data.
