Processing time
Every PawBound pendant is custom-made to order. Once we receive your order and pet photo, please allow 5–7 business days for production. We send a digital proof to your email for approval before engraving begins — please respond promptly to avoid delays.

Shipping to the UK
We ship all orders from Estonia to the United Kingdom via tracked international courier. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time from order to door is approximately 10–14 business days.

Standard tracked shipping: £4.99
Free shipping on all UK orders over £60

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
While we do everything we can to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

Customs and duties
Orders shipped from Estonia to the UK may be subject to customs inspection. As of 2024, most orders under £135 are not subject to import VAT if properly declared. We declare all shipments accurately — we are unable to mark orders as gifts or under-declare values.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us immediately at pawbound.store@gmail.com if you need to change your address — we can only amend this before your order is dispatched.
