Refund & Returns Policy

Because every PawBound pendant is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.

Digital proof approval
Before engraving begins, we send you a digital proof of your pendant design for approval. Once you have approved the proof, production starts and we cannot make changes. Please review your proof carefully before approving.

Damaged or defective items
If your pendant arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pawbound.store@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. We cover all costs for replacements due to damage or defects.

Incorrect items
If you receive the wrong item (wrong shape, metal finish, or engraving), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Lifetime guarantee
All PawBound pendants come with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. If your pendant develops a defect due to our workmanship at any point, contact us and we will assess the piece and offer a repair or replacement.

Photo quality issues
We do our best to work with the photo you provide. If the engraving does not meet your expectations due to low photo quality, we will work with you to find a solution — however, we strongly recommend following our photo upload guide before ordering to ensure the best result.

Lost in transit
If your order has not arrived after 21 business days from your dispatch confirmation, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. We will offer a replacement or refund for confirmed lost orders.

Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
